At The Typing Works, my role covers far more than simply receiving recordings and sending back transcripts. I am involved in managing projects from start to finish, supporting our transcribers, carrying out quality control, answering client enquiries and continually looking for ways to improve the service we provide.

Long before I worked in transcription, I was an avid reader and fascinated by the way language could change the meaning of an argument, alter the tone of a conversation or make an idea stay with you long after you had finished reading it.
