We regularly update our various policies and can provide Data Processing Agreements to our clients. Most university clients have their own data processing agreements and we are always happy to process and sign these prior to commencing work, as well as NDAs and confidentiality undertakings. If you require a copy of our Cyber Essentials accreditation or any other certificates, including ISO 27001 for our upload services, please let us know. We can also assist with templates for transcription documents and any bespoke requirements you may have for file returns.
