Yes, always. We have a large extendable team of UK-based, qualified and approved transcribers who work with us as associate transcriptionists as and when we have the work. We can handle orders of hundreds of hours of interviews and our capacity is endless. Send us your work and we will get it back to you within the allotted time.

This includes complicated and difficult recordings. A lot of transcription companies will immediately reject hard-to-hear recordings and send them back without completing them. It is not profitable to spend any extra time on them. We always spend time on difficult-to-hear audio and video and liase with clients to determine what we can help with rather than simply returning a recording that may take a bit longer.

There are also a lot of freelance transcriptionists or one- and two-person transcription companies who only have capacity to complete up to c10 hours of audio recordings a week. We have the capacity to assist you with any size orders and we have worked on recordings from 2 minutes to over 750 hours. .

Yes we do. Some clients do not require any security when it comes to communications with our company, but we always password-protect transcription documents as a minimum security option. However for clients who require full security at all times we provide an encrypted email solution using Egress Protect. Egress Protect encrypted email is sent via the Egress servers. It is encrypted at the point it is sent and decrypted at the point you receive it. Egress is used by the NHS, government institutions, universities and NATO to provide secure email services.

If you use our UK based TLS/SSL secure file upload service, your data will not leave the UK (the file upload system is based in London). Our service is provided by an ISO 27001 audited & accredited UK company and is fully secure.

We are based in London and North Wales. Our transcribers are based exclusively in the UK – we do not use overseas transcribers. Our secure email service is also UK based, so all communication remains in the UK and does not leave the country at any time.

All English to English standard transcription remains in the UK at all times and is not transferred overseas or stored offshore at any time in the process.

Our standard file upload service, provided by Hightail, encrypts data in transit by providing up to 256-bit AES encryption, ensuring that deciphering intercepted information is impossible. 256-bit AES encryption and dynamic key management ensure every access is logged, providing full auditing. Hightail uses redundant encrypted storage, meaning that copies of every file are stored on multiple servers to safeguard against data loss.
