Are you able to accept Purchase Orders?

Yes – if you need to raise a PO (purchase order) get in touch and we can provide a formal quote and help complete a POR (purchase order request) form. We are listed as a registered or preferred supplier on the purchasing systems of a number of government institutions, large companies and most universities.

How do I pay for transcription or copy typing work?

We invoice you once the work is complete and we do not ask for payment in advance. A lot of our academic clients will request a purchase order and we can assist with the production of these as required. Payment methods include Visa Debit and Credit, MasterCard Debit and Credit, Stripe, bank transfer and cheque.

How do you charge for transcription work or copy typing?

We offer prices per minute of recording, with a full breakdown available online, or we charge per word, quotes available on request. Prices per minute mean you know what the work is going to cost before we start. Our charge per word service is an estimated price – you only pay for actual spoken words
