As Transcription Manager at The Typing Works, I place quality at the centre of every project I oversee. My path here began with a first-class law degree from the University of Birmingham, but a lifelong love of language soon drew me away from the legal world and into the realm of words. I’m an avid reader with a deep appreciation for well-crafted writing, which naturally fuels my commitment to producing exceptional transcripts. When I’m not immersed in text, you’ll usually find me accompanied by my two affectionate ragdoll cats who like to supervise my work.
