- All prices exclude VAT.
- We do not charge extra for regional accents or English 2nd language accents and have specialist transcribers with years of experience transcribing hard-to-hear accents.
- We do not charge extra for background noise unless it renders the recording inaudible. In these circumstances we will let you know before commencing work.
- Various time stamp options are available on request.
- We offer various options for GDPR and HIPAA compliant anonymisation and de-identification, as well as pseudonymisation, at no extra cost.
- We can provide a quote for price per word on request.
